Refund Policy

At MensDrip, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of placing your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn, used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging. Clearance, final sale, customized, or personalized items are also non-refundable unless required by law or the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds: Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the item was defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Order Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.

MensDrip reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future purchases and will be posted on this page. By placing an order through MensDrip, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
