Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been processed and shipped by our supplier, delivery typically takes between 7 days and 3 weeks. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
Tracking Information
When available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take several days to update after the shipping confirmation has been sent.
Shipping Delays
While we work with trusted suppliers and shipping carriers, delays can occasionally occur. MensDrip is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, carrier issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. MensDrip is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier and our supplier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
